Me!
Hi, I’m Riya! A junior at Carroll High, founder of KaarigaRiya Crafts (aka. KR Crafts) est. 2021, and a proud youngest member at Southlake Chamber of Commerce.
Besides Studies and crafts, I also enjoy Classical Kathak dancing and meeting new people which empowers me to serve as a President of Carroll HS Art Club and a VP of Cultural Events at Southlake Foundation’s Youth Leadership Program. I also love eating, traveling, and binging movies!
What I Do
Thanks to my mom, I've been passionate about art since I was little, and over the pandemic, I got a chance to explore and learn about new techniques. I turned my fascination with art into my new venture, KaarigaRiya Crafts. I incorporate various mediums in my art including epoxy resin, wood, canvas, acrylic, glass, and vinyl :)
KaarigaRiya
The name Kaarigariya comes from two parts. Kaarigar meaning an artisan, - and attaching a personal touch of my name Riya, at the end of the brand name. These resin products are completely hand made and cannot be fully duplicated. Making personalized pieces for people makes me so happy because of the value it adds to the gift, whether it be for yourself or a loved one <3
